A Family Reunited by Flavor.
KUSHT is more than just a restaurant. It is a homecoming.
For over 15 years, our family was scattered across the world, living in Berlin, Krasnodar, and Vanadzor and Yerevan. But we always held onto one dream: to return to Armenia, be together again, and build something meaningful.
Here, in the quiet woods of Jrvezh, that dream has found its home.
The Hands Behind the Food
The heart of our kitchen is Samvel Hovhannisyan. Before he was a chef, he was a photographer and a beekeeper. Today, he brings that same artistic eye and patience to his cooking. With over 15 years of experience mastering Caucasian cuisine, his Khinkali have become legendary wherever he has worked.
Our Philosophy
This project is a labor of love for our entire family. From the kitchen to the service, everyone contributes, grateful to finally be united in our homeland.
In Armenian, "Kusht" means satisfied, full, and well-fed. That is our simple promise to you. We cook with our souls so that you leave our table happy, nourished, and eager to return.
Welcome to our family table.
